They all see so friendly towards each other.  They almost gush at times. Do you think that there are some who truly dislike each other?  Same for hsn.

@CindyDale I don't believe for a minute that they all just love each other like they pretend. I'm guessing there are a couple (no idea who) who can't stand someone else.

Not unusual in any company.

Re: Q Hosts Question

[ Edited ]

I feel sure those competent, conscientious hosts must look upon those who are not with some distain. I never thoroughly liked every person with whom I worked, did you?  I imagine there's competition for prime work schedules and popular products

As in all work situations they've learned to keep their mouths shut and mind their own business.

I agree with you.  Probably the same goes with the relationships with the vendors.  It also comes off really fake when the host gushes to the vendor "I LOVE you," etc.  So phony.  Like some have stated, the hosts are actors, or at least aspiring actors.

It's just human nature that not everybody will like everybody. Most of the times with colleagues, it's not a black and white (like or don't like) issue....You just learn to work with different kinds of personalities. I bet that's the case at QVC.

The constant "I love you" to each other is annoying, IMO.  It becomes meaningless after awhile.

It must be like every other workplace. There is no way it would be different. It is all human nature.

Re: Q Hosts Question

I rarely socialized with co-workers outside of work.  Despite the actions on screen, I would expect that it is true of QVC and HSN hosts and vendors.

As far as being "actors" they have to be to sell some of the products they have to--LOL!!!

@CindyDale   How do you expect them to act ON AIR?
