I agree. It just does not work the way a person's thoughts work. It is a scrambled mess. It is not fun to use. Please go back to the old format. This format is as convoluted as Windows 8.1. QVC, please listen to us..

Yes,t certainly is and I'm very unhappy about that. I can't use the tablet that my doctor prefers me to do. So back to my desktop which is ridiculous ! I have a brand new expensive tablet that worked fine before the change. Now it's a hot mess to try and maneuver here.

Could they not have predicted that or investigated it first before implementing this disaster ???

The format they are using for the entire web site is horrible, I don't even get on it any more.  It is very confusing, you can't find what you want and these forums are a mess.  I hope they do go back to the old format or they've lost me.  About to lose me anyway because of their programing lately.  I am sick of this Christmas in July junk!  Thanks, had to vent!
