I placed an order today and did see that option but thought it was to order a QVC gift card. Fortunately the person it it going to will know it is from me.
It turns out I was half right. I just went in and tried again and the "add gift card" was asking me if I wanted to pay with a gift card.

@Largoman. It's my understanding that there is no gift card. There's something on the outside label that mentions the sender.

Below the item on the left hand side it says GIFT
When you click on it you will see where they want you to add your personal note.

Didn't realize I had to scroll down to choose it. I thought it was on the check out where you change the address.
QVC is going to think I'm nuts for ordering 3 times and cancelling 2 of them. Hope they only charge me for 1.

Where you have your Shipping Info there is an Edit button to add other addresses to your account.
I have a couple pages of addresses in there I can default to at anytime.

I've been sending gifts for years and it used to be a more straight forward process but changes to their system have made everything worse!

At this time of year, Q should be promoting Bill to, Ship to and making it easy. I suspect sales have been lost when a person gets confused, can't find where to include a message and just gives up.
