I must be out of touch, ordering a lot less lately. I was very surprised to see reviews as listed as"This review was collected as part of a promotion."

This is not the same QVC as even a few years ago.

I find these types of reviews extremely misleading. 
QVC is losing credibility with me.

Yes, these reviews burn me up. It's unfair to the customers who are truly purchasing from the Q, or any company for that fact. They are also taking reviews directly from the products website. For example I have seen Purity Made Simple reviewed and it read, taken from Philosophy.com WRONG!  I bought 3 of the same items at three different times from QVC and when I tried to submit an updated review; positive may I add, I received a message that I had already submitted a review for the product! Meanwhile I have read posted reviews telling us why a particular customer would not purchase the TSV because it was too expensive, looked cheap on air, etc. The review was on the website simultaneously while the TSV was being aired.

Later, others posted in their reviews that this was not acceptable because the reviewer did not purchase the product, or ever even laid eyes on it.

I don’t like promotional reviews either.   I know I can’t always rely on the Q customer reviews but I’m very leery of what people post in those promotional reviews.

I've noticed those types of promotional reviews across the board in retail now, and agree it is a little frustrating.

Although the product is the same, different manufacturers might have been used, possibly changing the actual quality, or efficacy of the product.😐
