I changed the banking info a couple of months ago to pay my easy pay orders, and for some reason, it's been a problem ever since.  Firstly. after  paying all the a July payments, and receiving confirmation, a few weeks later, I received another demand for those same payments.  I re-entered the information and tried to pay them again., and once again, received  a confirmation.   I assumed they'd locked the remaining months payments on the account I used, as I haven't been able,to charge anything else to that bank account since. 

today I went to my easy pay orders, and all of the `July payments are showing as owing!  
I can;t chat to anyone tonight, but will do in the morning to try and resolve this. But in all honesty, I have no faith in QVC any more.  Once the rest of the payments are paid off. they've got the lost my business.  I started buying from QVC in 1989.  I hate to watch many of the hosts, as they've gone 'hard-sell' with the exception of a couple of them.  Terri Conn is still a pleasure to watch, but hard;y anyone else!  The newer hosts sound like wind-up dolls, plugged into QVC speech!   I saw a Mackenzie Childs show recently and the representative was overly excited too.  She had not been like this before. 
I hope you all get to read this, as the sfmins may remove it.

@CABRIT.  You obviously did something incorrectly.  I recently had to change to a new cc because I misplaced the one I was using.

The first thing I did so there'd be no conflict was delete the old card.  Then I entered the new one and directed that it be used on Easy Pay orders.  The whole process went like clockwork without a single bobble.

You say you changed banking accounts.  Are the payments actually coming out of your bank account?  Maybe the bank is denying the charges although you would think the CC company would alert you to that.  Just a thought.

I would email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. They will be able to advise you. I wouldn't put this off as it goes against your credit. I would think the charges would have showed up on your bank account.  IMHO, why are you waiting so long to resolve a situation that occurred in July. Something is not quite right with your explanation. Hopefully, it gets cleared sooner than later.

Cabrit   I had a similar problem a few months after I had to change my banklng numbers although I don't have a Q card.

 I'd try to message Synchrony.  I know QVC's name is on the card but maybe they can't change just because it is.  I know Costco couldn't although the card I use to emter the store has their name on it. I couldn't pay with it.
