Problem with Web site

I have called Customer Service several times about a problem with the web site and they keep telling me no one else has complained. Over the weekend they told me it was becaue of high volume of people trying to get to the web site. When isn't there a high volume?

Then I read the forum entries where people are complaining about problems.

When I am on a forum and enter an item number, it just takes me right back to where I am. Once I entered "Judith Ripka' and it did the same thing. I cannot imagine I am the only one having this problem.

I not only find the problem annoying, but also the fact that they keep implying there is no problem.
