I was trying to process a return using USPS, which I always use, and it won't let me choose USPS. It's forcing me to pick UPS. I received the item in my mail box today so I don't understand why I can't use USPS to return. It's a shirt so shouldn't be an issue. Anyone else having this problem?

That has happened to me. I think it depends on where it is going determines the shipping. I have shopped other places where Fed Ex as their option which I don't care for.

Never thought of that. I'll check it out. Thanks!

@Spidiecat - I believe some vendors have their systems specifically set up to process UPS returns, so that is a possible reason for your situation. For example, with a recent return through Amazon, I was even required to use a QR code at a UPS store rather than sending my package using a label. Hope you get everything figured out! That happened to me today - the USPS option came up but I couldn't use it - was getting a message that said none nearby. Which isn't true at all. Anyway I did a chat and CS emailed me a USPS mailing label.
I'd rather use USPS as I can get a receipt. My local/closest UPS drop off doesn't give them.

This happened to me today. I called customer service and was emailed a return label.

Honestly I think you could be better off that way. I used the post office for a return which I rarely do and it just ended up transfering to UPS anyway and slowed it down.

That's the message I got too. I will give CS a call. Thank you! ☺️

@Spidiecat - I'd email the social team to ask if they can shed any light on this. It makes no sense to have to use UPS to return a shirt.

ETA: Sounds like a glitch in the system.

I'd rather drop returns off at a UPS store. I get a receipt, and the return gets to QVC faster.
