I went to the Order Status page, and found the UPS tracking number. I keyed that number in on the UPS site. I received a message that the item was transferred to USPS for delivery, and received a different tracking number for USPS. When I keyed in that USPS tracking number, I received an error message that there is no record for that USPS number, and that it is not a valid number. That is where I am now. I have no idea when or if the item will be delivered by USPS.
The last time this happened, a few weeks ago, my item was broken into little pieces. UPS gave it to USPS, and it arrived broken.
