            Hi, @cbrite!   The unicode is interpreted differently from one device to another, one software version to another.   These emojis can be tricky and temperamental sometimes, as can the HTML code.   A storm is approaching here and the lightning and thunder are threatening, so I need to log out -- but I'd suggest that you try a few things, like adding spaces, removing the hyphens, using a different emoji or symbol, that sort of thing, and see if you find what works.   Fingers crossed for you! 😊
