I will never purchase anything from QVC again. I ordered 2 items on Nov. 23 and was given a date of Dec. 3 for one item and Dec. 4 for the other. I contacted QVC ov 28, to check on my order and was told for one item it would require a signature upon receipt, I changed the mailing address on that item so someone could sign for it. I was still supposed to receive this item on Dec. 4. On Dec. 1. corporate calls me to let me know because of the type of card I was using I can not electronics on easy pay, I could pay in full or cancel the item. Keep in mind, this item is supposed to arrive on Tuesday Dec. 4 and it's Saturday Dec. 1 someone is calling me about the order. I asked the representative if I would still receive my other item on Monday, Dec 3 (today), she said yes, it will be express delivery so I'll still get the item and she would refund me the money I paid towards the 2nd item since it was going to be canceled. I was ok with all of this.... I check the website today to see check the status of my delivery and I now have a date of Dec. 10. I called and spoke with someone in Customer Service and all she could say is sorry!!!! I asked for a manager she said one would have to call me back because they were busy. I asked when will I get a call back, she said sometime this afternoon...it's 9am and I have to wait over 4 hours for a call back...Unbelievable. I told her to cancel the order and I will never be back.
