UTTER LACK OF QUALITY

I ordered the BL window candles. they arrive today and one is not working properly out of the two I have tried so far. If the companies cannot manufacture with any quality to meet demand then maybe it is time to go back to focusing on quality. Nothing from QVC is a deal anymore. Luckily, they do light just not all of the lights in a candle so I will keep them until January after Christmas and send them back. I am SO sick of ordering things from QVC (and keep in mind when I say "things" it is about one item every three months or so) and having something always wrong with them.
