I was trying to navigate the site, shopping a little. Every time I press on anything, a pop-up of the live show keeps interrupting me on the left side of my screen. This is very annoying, can you please stop that. It's distracting. People want to be able to shop on their devices without having to press the X every second to get rid of the live show popping up.

I find that very distracting also.  Not sure when or why they started it, but bad idea, IMHO.

It's very annoying to me too, also the pop ups that an item is selling out fast

It is a little annoying, not enough to bother me too much. However, I do feel that they can show it for about 2-3 seconds then it should automatically go away. We shouldn't have to click the "X" every time.

I think one way to look at it is if it's a means to keep the message board viable then I'm not going to complain. Seems a small price to pay to continue using the forums.

It's not....it's annoying and distracting.

You can give up complaining about it and just click it away  X

Every site uses them to some extent.

It is part of marketing for online sites whether we like it or not....New Age...blah blah

and they won't stop just cuz it bugs us.

After all the (negative) excitement regarding the free shipping for new customers, I find it quite surprising that the past couple of days I've been getting pop-ups telling me about the free shipping promotion.  Of course the small print tells you it's only for new customers. 

You'd think they would be trying not to irritate the "old" customers after all the hoopla.
