Oh quit. Not everyone who disagrees with works for Q.
@Kachina, I track as I want to be home when it shows up. Especially in the winter where anything liquid can freeze in a very short time. If it's UPS I don't want my stuff sitting in the snow very long either. Summer not so much unless it's rainy season.
I imagine a lot of people have to worry about someone stealing their stuff. Not here, but I have had it delivered to the wrong address and the person who got them actually opened them up and tossed the packaging.

Nothing wrong with checking from time to time to make sure its on its way and it gets to me.

LOL! Speaking of Customer Service... They solicited me for a review of a gift card I purchased on Dec. 20th for a Christmas gift AFTER I talked with CS on Jan2, asking where the GC is? Of course I did not give a favorable review.... This morning I received this "form" email... Gotta love it! BTW Q? Happy BDAY to me!

They're weird about reviews, it's not always what you say, it's how you say it. I've had a couple rejected and just reworded them and they passed.
