Every time I check my order status, it is processing! How many days does it take to process an order, come on already! {#emotions_dlg.sad}

the processing factor seems to be different each time I place an order...some ship right away...while others linger for days on end...not sure how the q does their shipping...strange...

Is this your first order at QVC? One good thing is that it usually does arrive by the 12-14 days ETA they give you up front. But -

Most orders I've had, that weren't perishable food items, were in 'in processing' for 3-5 days. Then it changes to shipped and there are another up to 3-5 days before it ACTUALLY ships. Par for the course, so it's good to not expect really fast shipping when you order here.

I get a lot of orders that are from a QVC warehouse that is one day, by UPS Ground, from here but it still takes over a week because of all the 'processing' time QVC has.

ETA - a good example of a current QVC order I have (that's actually faster than usual) is one that I ordered on 5/18. I got the 'shipped' email on 5/20. But it ACTUALLY shipped on 5/23. Since it's coming from the very close by warehouse, I will receive it tomorrow, 5/27. That's 9 days from a warehouse one day from here by ground.

If I had ordered from Amazon I would have had it on 5/19. So, it's not all that long but it's just longer than it seems like it should be.

I've also noted that it seems some items have already shipped even though the order status page might still say 'in process'. Generally speaking, I'm usually fairly patient and the Q tends to get things out to me within a reasonable amount of time. Occasionally, if I'm very anxious to receive something or there is some sort of glitch at there end, it can seem like forever. If something stays in process longer than a week it probably pays to call CS and inquire.

I'm totally annoyed with QVC's "in Process". I placed an order on May 30 for a St. Tropez Express Tan which that same day went into "in Process". I have tried to cancel many times and always get the message it can't be canceled because its in the process of shipping. It has not changed since, has not shipped and nothing. Now the stupid thing is on easy pay, but mine hasn't arrived and I can't cancel to take advantage of easy pay. UGH, QVC.

I ordered two pairs of Novica earrings on easy does it day. One shipped the same day, one is still in processing.

I ordered the Philosophy raspberries and cream. I received an email stating the item had shipped on 6-8. Today is 6-12 and the package has not moved. Tracking number shows that the label was printed, but no other movement. Tonight I ordered some shoes. I decided to cancel them, I was able to cancel all but two pair. It was less than an hour after I sent the order that I tried to cancel them. They said two of the shoes were in the process of shipping so I was unable to cancel them. Really? They were all part of the same order, so why was I only able to cancel part of the order? Around 2 months ago I placed an order for 2 necklaces. I received an email with a tracking number, the tracking number in my email was different from the number in my online account. There was no record of either number, so I had to call to have another package sent out. I really think its time I started shopping elsewhere.

There have been times when my order is still processing and I look and it is in my mailbox two minutes later. Processing is not always updated in a timely manner IMO.

I've had similar issues with my order history in the past week.

I've ordered items that were in stock, and some go from "in process" to "advance order,"even though QVC.com shows item is in stock. Ordered this item in 2 colors, one was shipped today and the other still shows "advance order."

I received a notice that wait list order could not be filled. Then found the item is available again. Placed a new order with assistance of customer service, and it went from "in process" to backorder. It is in process again today but have no idea what will really happen.

Although I've spoken to customer service several times, nobody is too concerned about whether or not issue will resolve itself.

As another person indicated, I received two items in the mail yesterday that indicate they are just shipped today.

I did request Customer Service advise the Tech Support people of what is happening in hopes that they can resolve my issue. Otherwise, I have to keep monitoring orders on my own.

My second pair of Novica earrings arrived yesterday. They were sent directly from Novica, not from a QVC warehouse, which could be why it took so long.
