One thing to remember is QVC doesn't ship everything out of their warehouse anymore - alot of it is shipped directly from the Vendor, so it could take a while for QVC to notify the vendor who then does the shipping.

Also note that when you receive the email from QVC saying your item has shipped you need to add at least one day (that means the info was sent to shipping company be it UPS, USPS or FedEx to begin process) -if it's a Friday, might not ship until following Monday.
