I thought tonight's show was ok. At least it wasn't The GILI Show like it had been for so long!

No mention of Courtney's heavier m/u (fake lashes, darker arched brows?), pulled back hair with a little "bump", GILI-style moto jacket with huge lapels? Clone-like. Wink

Very obvious. She needs to figure out who she is - not imitate the dearly departed
I noticed it too... I think it was intentional ,just to give a little familiarity to some viewers comfort zone . But it's the first PM Style after "the departure" and the world is still turning. It's just gonna take some time.

Maybe the Q is trying out different hosts to see who would be a good fit for the PM Style show. Rotating hosts every couple of weeks would a good idea. Keep it fresh. Just not Courtney as a regular .How about some new exciting fashion to go with it!!!

If the Q is auditioning hosts for this "prime gig", I think they're a bit confused; the wagon does not pull the horse, it's the other way around. Feature new tantalizing products and build the host around the show, as is, no host can remotely tempt me into buying current PMS lineups.

Yup yup. One thing I learned about sales is that the most important part of the sale is to have a compelling offer. Sure you have to present it properly and enticingly. But once you explain the product and demonstrate what it does etc, the doohickey ought to mostly sell itself.

Courtney brought much more to PM Style last evening than Sandra. Courtney is an exciting upbeat fashionable young gal much more like Lisa. Sandra is too low-key and not chic enough to host PM Style. Glad she announced she is not the permanent host; that would have completely changed the dynamics of the show and I'm afraid led to continued frumpy, bland clothes. Maybe if someone as fashionably current as Courtney or Shawn were to permanently host the show, we could hopefully get new hip pieces brought in!!!!!

This was one of the worst PM styles. Sandra was out of control, talking so fast, loud and off subject a lot. Way to much kissing up to vendors also. .

Courtney just added to the confusion.

I turned on the Voice after Susan Graver. That woman is so obnoxious and needs to stop talking constantly. While I was watching Courtney tried to insert herself at every turn. Endless chatter about watching Susan's dog, etc. Instead of Sandra letting it go she decided to jump on the bandwagon. She was her usual self kissing up to all the vendors. Even had to ask Susan "if she could watch her dog next time". I'd like Shawn or Pat and definitely lose Courtney.

I like Sandra a lot, but last night she seemed a bit anxious; talking very, very fast and getting off track a lot. Who could blame her with all the scrutiny over the “Next PM Style Host.” Since she said she is just hosting temporarily, I think she was a good choice – up to a point. She and Courtney began giggling hysterically and talking very fast and over each other (sometime into the 2nd hour), about nothing remotely to do with the items they were selling. It went on for an excruciatingly long time that I had to turn the channel. It was worse than “The View.” Again, I think both of them were probably feeding off nervous energy last night, but I really don’t need to watch PM Style again for a while if this is it. I hope the New Year brings far more interesting designs and products to really revamp the show, no matter who the host is.

Interesting...I too immediately noticed her attempt at a total transformation into Lisa last night. She doesn't need to do that, just be herself and let her own merits shine through. In my opinion she still needs quite a bit of graceful & professional seasoning, but she's young and seems eager to learn.
