I'm new to QVC and I was wondering if any of the veterans out there could tell me how long an item stays "IN PROCESS" for??

Especially during the holiday shipping season

Usually a couple of days if you are paying by credit card.

I have ordered 2 items this last wk, they show immediately "shipped". As of today 12/21, I have only received 1 item. I suspect the last couple days, everything will show shipped, just to make us HOPE they will arrive 12/24.

Actually I've had orders stay "in process" up to the day IV received them. Tracking this time of year is iffy at best. Fortunately their priority is delivery, not tracking.

Received all mine 12/20 late mail. Tk goodness!!!

However the last pkg I received, had been opened, re-taped & still had huge tear in the pkg. Not sure if I should report to post office, or QVC, maybe both??? I am shocked the item was still inside, since I was able to reach thru the tear & remove it.

Thanks for all the replies!! It still shows ""in process"" with an EDD of 12/24. Hopefully that is on track. Happy Holidays to you all ??????

The item has been shipped!!! It was ""IN PROCESS"" for 3 days. Now hopefully UPS gets here by Christmas morning

Sometime 5 days but you can,t cancel it.

I ordered a "just for fun" gift the other day and it was delivered yesterday...that was pretty fast...Oh, and it was from the Q.....
