Went to my order history to cancel an auto-delivery. When I clicked on the product, it doesn't show auto-delivery but it is.
Chatted with customer service online and they said that they would send my request to the department that handles it. Hope so cause I don't want the item.
Also, I received an order of a denim and co top and it's too big across the neckline. Bra shows. So I want to return. When I went to the item in my order history to start return it stil says processing and I've already received the item.? Chatted about that and was told that the they were having issues with the order history and should be fixed in a couple days.
Instead of going forward I do believe that the Q is going backward. With letting employees go, the service is not up to their previous standards for sure.
