Went to my order history to cancel an auto-delivery. When I clicked on the product, it doesn't show auto-delivery but it is.
Chatted with customer service online and they said that they would send my request to the department that handles it. Hope so cause I don't want the item.
Also, I received an order of a denim and co top and it's too big across the neckline. Bra shows. So I want to return. When I went to the item in my order history to start return it stil says processing and I've already received the item.? Chatted about that and was told that the they were having issues with the order history and should be fixed in a couple days.
Instead of going forward I do believe that the Q is going backward. With letting employees go, the service is not up to their previous standards for sure.

@crazy4bears. My guess is they're working on the systems to update them for the arrival of HSN.
I must say, the mods certainly haven't offered any explanation, excuse or apology.

@Kachina624 - I'm surprised there's been no reply by the moderators or anyone about what's going on with the website. It's like business as usual.

Good luck. I've complained 4 times to customer service thaat an AD order does ot show up as AD. Every time 'm told someone is fixing it. 4 weeks later..not fixed. And no communication. They simply do not care. I suppose if they don't care enough about my order to correct the problem than they basically are telling me to shop elsewhere.

Having isssues here as well and I NEVER used to. I ordered a LOGO shirt March 14, they said it was Advanced Order but never gave an approximate date. Then about a week later my item (color) was SOLD OUT. I have called twice and yesterday was told they shipped out orders but then sold out. I questioned why mine was NOT shipped since I ordered it before it was sold out. No answer. And no ship date. Good thing it is still cold here and I won't need it for another month!!
