'Order Status' has been down a LONG time...

I keep trying to access it and no can do.

 

Must be some serious issues? 

I know periodically QVC has to do some maintenance, but that usually lasts about 15-30 minutes at most. It has been going on a couple of hours now...

I just checked. It is working at 3:38 Central time.

@RescueLover   No, the QVC 'order status'/system was really down for nearly 2 hours. The wishlist was still working though.

I called CS and asked about it. They couldn't help me because they couldn't see 'order status' for any customer either.

@Susan Louise WOW that’s a long time!! Boy everything seems to be going down lately. First it was the cell phone service nationwide, now the Q’s order status system. They say things happen in three’s!! 😳

Order Status is still down here at 2:13 PT. I signed out and back in again to no avail.

I ordered three items this morning and as of 4:45 central time, my orders still have not posted.  Nothing in my saved cart either.  I spoke with a customer service rep and was told not to reorder and to wait 24 hours.  Really?  I had 2 lunchtime specials and do not want to lose the price or item plus a clearance item. I rebooted my iPad, signed in and out, and tried different browsers and cleared my cache to no avail.  

Mods, any solution?

Did you submit the orders ok? If so I’ve had this happen to me and the orders showed up hours later. Sometimes even at 2am. I called CS about the orders before and if we don’t see them in our Order States they don’t either.
