How could a plastic surgeon do that and how can she think that it looks OK? It just looks really bad.

I think a little lip filler is fine because thin lips IMO are unattractive.  However, some women take it way too far and look like blow up dolls or worse.  A few days ago they did a close up of Pat's lips and you could clearly see the implant in her upper lip, not a good look.  It is so distracting when women do that to their lips, why do they wan't to look like that?  Every single woman that has lip fillers have that joker smile,  Mckenzie's is very noticable.

Not all injectors are surgeons. I've seen some really bad filler and Botox done at med spas and injectors w/o enough experince/training.
