@Waterwoman, I also have been watching and buying from QVC for as long as they've been on tv. And I also remember that the earlier hosts presented in a calmer, efficient and thorough manner. Which makes me wonder why the current hosts may be instructed to be "amped up". Those earlier hosts may have been a little boring compared to some current hosts, but the earlier hosts were the ones who helped build QVC into what it is. They certainly must have been good for business, and the current business seems to be floundering somewhat. So why go so far in this new direction?

@Waterwoman , You have every right to your opinion. What I'n tired of are the posters who try to control what people post. If it is inapproiate the mods will take care of it. Don't be intimidated by the " board police ."
Just because people make a suggestion you are sick of hearing doesn't make them Board Police!

They just have something to say on the matter presented....they are just as much allowed!
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and OWN posts...even the ones that include gasp..."Change the channel or 'Mute'....a simple solution that many don't seem to get.
If people feel better after getting it off their chests, that's fine. We feel 'heard' when others agree with us.
But we don't have the right to control those who don't either.

Petty, stupid and witless a few of the comments made about the OP’s post. I’d say those are words a bully uses. You are right @QVCkitty1 then they use the I’m entitled to my opinion.
If you can’t use those word toward a co-worker, neighbor, or someone in the grocery store then don’t use them here.

not enough info about a product, messed up easy pay, shipping issues, not telling the customer about advance order, website not working properly.

The only thing that bothers me is the items that are on "sale" for one hour only or only during that particular presentation.
I'm sure many of us record shows because we're working, busy, or even sleeping! It's kind of a bummer when I forward through a recorded show, have interest in an item, and want to purchase it, only to find that it was on sale during that particular timeframe.
However, I have noticed that many of the items on sale for a short period of time only increase by a few dollars after the show is over. Not a deal breaker for me.

Valid Criticism: Continuing to point out the excessive Free Shipping promotion given solely to new customers, while existing customers received no equal or comparable benefit.
Absolutely valid to continue discussion about this, in my view.
