@Kachina624 Yep. After reading the OPs responses it seems if something doesn't arrive on the exact date then we can get a refund of shipping and "inconvenience."  Wow. Just doesn't seem kosher to me but that's just me. Talk about milking the system. Makes me look at the op in a whole new light.

So @Luvsmyfam  received a courtesy credit that for whatever reason the CS agent felt was warranted.  Most companies empower their agents, up to a pre determined amount to do so.  Many factors can come into play and not being party to the conversation or the OP's history with the Q I can only speculate which is unfair to everyone.  An $8 credit is not an issue with me.  Something I would not call on but do not judge or criticize anyone who does.

Maybe the order status said "Out for Delivery" and it did not arrive so therefore she was given credit for the inconvenience. Other Companies have done that over the years. In fact Amazon does it.
