Old orders

Does anyone know how far back orders are kept on the site and if you can find archived orders?  My last order is from 2014, I'm looking for something I ordered in the past and it must have been prior to that date.  Anyone know how I might find old orders?

Unfortunately, we lost the ability to access our entire order history the last time QVC made major website changes (new IT company).

 

I've contacted QVC corporate with the same issue/question and that's what they told me.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

yes i went back to look into mine also... you can only go back as far as 2014. most of the things i did order even last yr. is unavailable... thats why when i like something i buy 2 lol

A lot of my recent orders are missing. However, a few from 2005 are listed. 
The order history has become useless.
