So what's up with customer service.  No phone response and no way to email.  They still want us to buy but not prepared to back up with customer service.  I understand things are more difficult now but they are NOT impossible.  Other companies are dealing with the virus so it's time QVC got with the program.

I also don't understand why this multi-million dollar corporation can't provide basic CS and shipping services.  I haven't needed CS but I get one shipping delay notice after another....many on the same merchandise.  If you don't have it, don't sell it!  I will not place another order until problems are fixed.  They say they are caused by the pandemic "concerns".  Poor choice of words as concerns don't cause delays.

Why are customer service reps not working from home like most other large companies?  I've read here that there is no customer service answering phones.  Why has the Q not been able to set up the work-from-home?

If Q can't provide any customer service, why would you order anything now?

i had an issue with Origins at the beginning of this nightmare, it took a while to get fixed, so I won't be ordering from them until this is over. Lesson learned.

Every day I see people complaining about CS here, why keep ordering?

The merchandise at QVC is higher quality, the prices are much higher, but customer service, ordering etc are terrible.  Ive ordered an available item, only to be told later, its not in stock.  Yesterday I saw ALEGRIA spelled ALERGIA, and it wasnt spotted.  The Alegria company should be offended by this.  Delivery is really slow, but that might not be under QVC control.  Is it just me or has Anybody Loungewear & Cuddleduds prices now about double?  They started with great prices, but not anymore.  It seems to me that QVC have hired less experienced people, or have let a lot of people go, so those still employed, are under increased pressure.

Customer service was always the best, but now its almost non-existent.  As a 30+ year customer, Im not impressed!

Many of us are just trying to get orders that are weeks old before this "no customer service" issue came up.  I like many have stopped ordering but trying to get my packages shipped from weeks ago still in process and the

Spoiler
This is the first time in 20 years that I have experienced the delay in shipping. I have orders that have been marked in processing for weeks. I did receive some orders together in one large box this week. Still have a few left to be delivered. I will be patient as there are worse things going on in the world than my delayed packages.

I am having the same issue. I sat on hold for almost one hour and no one answered. This is very bad customer service for QVC.

Agreed. I won't order another item if they can't provide customer service.

I had a huge problem with ShopHQ.  I mailed a return to NYC before it was shut down.  It was shut down the day my package was supposed to be delivered.  It took a couple extra days but I received delivery confirmation - luckily I sent it via insured priority mail.  But no one was working so it just sat.  Finally, I called HQ to see if they'd process the return.

HQ refused to process my refund and kept taking the monthly payments out of my account - because the vendor hadn't processed the return.  The CS people I talked to didn't even realize NYC was shut down.

It took a lot of calls/emails and a major dumbing down of my request, before they finally relented and processed it.  I was surprised they didn't have a policy in place for handling vendor returns during the shutdown.

I've avoided buying from shopping networks since then.
