Can we no longer see previously aired items or shows?

@Elom.....or watch the 3 channels live on computer. My “drop down” just keeps giggling so I can’t click on Shop Beauty IQ.

I use an iPad and at first I didn’t think I could see previously aired items. But i found out that after clicking on Shop Items On Air, then choosing the previously aired show I wanted to view and then scrolling to the very bottom of the page to see the items works for me.

@Shanus

On my laptop using IE as a browser, I can watch all live channels/videos and also see the items recently on air.

Have you tried a different browser?

@Shanus

Oh, no IE is not compatible with IPads or Apple products.

In your earlier post you said on your 'computer', so I thought that's what you were using.

In reading all of the multiple threads here of website problems, it seems that most are involving using IPhones/IPads/tablets/QVC apps.

I agree with IG.  I use a MacBook Pro and have no problems seeing items recently aired.  I click on the upper right corner where it says ShopQVC TV and click on Items Recently On Air.
