By my own personal experience, I'm not convinced that this is universal for all Q returns. I don't return alot and have never had a return issued to me upon scan at the USPS or UPS.
I always use their prepaid label so that it can be tracked in the Q system and I request a receipt when I drop of the package at USPS or UPS.
Just last week I returned a handbag to Q using the prepaid label. It was scanned, got a receipt and by the next day. I received an email from Q acknowleding my return. BUT the email stated that once it was received by the warehouse, it would take up to 7 days for my refund to be processed.
As of today, the order still does not state a refund has been processed, no credit has been issued. But I was able to track the return and it has been received by the warehouse. I will give it another day and then will call CS to push it along.
I highly doubt this "new return policy" is indeed a standard across all Q warehouses or for all items and customers ![]()

i received an order last week that was practically destroyed and i printed out the QVC return label, but i have to take it to UPS.
@sunshine45 I took a package back to UPS today and by the time I got home the refund was issued. It will take about another 3 to 4 days to get back to my credit card.
thanks @elated .
i took my UPS package to the UPS store and it does show as "processing at UPS facility." they HAVE however shipped out my exchange for the damaged item. about three days after i sent back the package.

We've been told not to place packages (or checks) in our mailboxes and they have also removed the blue boxes outside the post office due to theft. There's a place inside the PO to drop off packages .

Called Q CS yesterday re my return. Per tracking it was received by the warehouse, CS confirmed and they issued the credit.
Also spoke with a CS Supervisor regarding the returns process to see if it had been changed. She said nothing has been changed to the process or policy. She wasn't aware of immediate refunds with USPS or UPS scans and said it must be for only certain items or warehouses and it's not universal for all of QVC.
If and when there are revisions to the process or policy, they would post it on the website, order page or as a banner as they did previously when the implemented the Easy Return process. Best to always check with the source/Corporate directly for process or policy information.
