This is heartbreaking for all loyal shoppers! I have been dedicated to the Q and this is a slap in the face to their dedicated customers. I was frustrated after hearing a neighbor…who only shopped with them once…years ago received a 15 dollar promo last week AND another 10 dollar promo this week. I would have LOVED to have been appreciated by the Q like that with a random surprise. Now hearing new customers will get multiple free shipping opportunities is even more sad.

@SilleeMee I am not trying to be argumentative,  but I am viewing the 3 available coupons on my tablet`s app, and there is no header on the top of the page indicating the coupons are only for new customers.  Coupons 1 and 3 indicate that's the case in the verbiage, but 2 does not.  I am sure the lack of header on the app`s page is thanks to QVC's often inadequate IT dept.

I am also hurt. I am a long time customer of QVC since the 1990s.

I'm shopping elsewhere tomorrow At Kohl's 40% +10% coupons. Getting gift receipts so I don't have to return them. no shipping. No returns. DONE! 
    I've been shopping at least 30 years with QVC. No more.

Except for one auto delivery order scheduled to ship in November I am going to take a sabbatical until 1/31/23 in shopping on QVC. The new customers can make up for the loss of sales when they shop with their free shipping.

Most of my Q purchases are done on free shipping days.  Saw something I wanted yesterday, and I checking A, and the price was $30 higher, (exact brand) so I sucked up the 5.50 charge.  I COULD wait for another free ship day, but I want it for a gift, and not sure if the special price will end.  I won’t spend $30 (well $25 after the shipping cost) more at A just to get it in two days.  I do watch my purchases (way less than it used to be) to make sure the price doesn’t go down in 30 days.  (Price guarantee).  I do feel it’s an insult when people on these forums think many Q customers ONLY shop here, that certainly isn’t true.  

 

Although I agree it was a bad idea, I won’t say I’m never shopping here again.  The younger generation has to have their items in 1-2 days, so they won’t win many repeat “young” customers, when they find out their items take 10 days +.   

 

When I get something here, I expect to wait 7-10 days.  Most times that isn’t a deal breaker for me.  Many times it arrives in 5.

Everyone unhappy with this promo blunder should email corporate HQ in addition to complaining here.

I will not spend money at QVC either. Life slaps me in the face enough. I do not need it from a shopping channel .

We as consumers have the power with our $$ across the board, not just here.

 

I have deleted my wishlist and saved items in my cart.

 

I will come here to see  discussions but that is it.

 

It won't be hard as this is just the latest in a long line of frustrations in shopping here which have become too numberous to list.
