Julia is no replacement for Carolyn! She should have been one of the first hosts to leave! Followed by Nancy, Kerstin and Rachel!! All painful to listen too! QVC is on a long downward sprial!! I'm done shopping!

What you and others refuse to take into account is that it's likely Carolyn was let go because her contract was up and her salary was one of the higher ones.  Could just be as simple as that.  And Dan probably made even more money since he worked there so much longer.

I couldn't agree more!  I can't and won't watch her.

I enjoy Julia and find her very well-prepared and very enthusiastic. She will be fine.

We will never know the details but the upshot is that Carolyn was replaced by the wrong person. Domeier would be better!

Julia is like a breath of fresh air.  She has clothes on that fit and doesn't feel the need to lift her shirt and show everything . It was time for Carolyn to go.  She was just too silly and got sloppy on recent shows. Good Luck Julia!

I'm enjoying the show, I haven't watched in a long time because I'm not a Carolyn fan.

I would bet they both left with a good severance package and maybe something they couldn't refuse.  Although I'll miss both of them, I do hope they enjoy the next part of their journey.  I'm not overly fond of some of the hosts, but I rarely watch their shows anyway.

I try not to be critical of the choices QVC management makes, but I am missing Carolyn, especially on Denim & Co with Gary. Gary is a class act, and he must be wondering how he ever got matched up with Julia.  Nails on chalkboard is not even close to how annoying this pairing with Julia is to viewers. She spends the presentation dominating the conversation talking about herself and cutting Gary off. I suggest she dial back her enthusiasm a little so us loyal Denim & Co followers can warm up to her.
