I didn't note she said her issues are earth shattering, but if they annoy her, let her say so. Personally, I tend to agree with you, OP. I can't abide the host in question nor the 'ambassador' noted... I try not to watch shows on which they appear.
@stevieb It IS football season so perhaps that is why the Q "cheerleaders" are out in full force..... I find it amazing that the OP can't make a comment on QVC (BTW I totally agree with her) nope comments aren't allowed because some feel there are so many serious problems in the world and QVC stuff is so petty......So why would critics of the OP even waste their valuable time or even care about what is being written on a silly TV Shopping Channel Forum shouldn't they be saving the world instead of "sweating the small stuff"... Or at least switching to a Forum dealing with more serious topics instead of shopping issues...No laughing, joking, talking about recipies or fashion or beauty or even sports ("SMALL STUFF")---after all too many bad things going on in the world.......![]()

So who's saying those of us who occasionally rant don't change the channel, or not turn it on to begin with...? Though I'm not sure that's exactly QVC's goal... Either way, expressing our point of view both as a vent and as feedback to TPTB serves a purpose...
@steviebI never said anyone did or didn't change the channel or turn off the TV. I suggested it as a solution. If you think that TPTB are reading this thread, in my opinion you are wrong. We are each entitled to our opinions.
@Pearlee I've heard Antonella and Carolyn say QVC read customer comments on Facebook and on the Forums and QVC has made some changes based on customer feedback......Why do you think QVC even bothers to have a Forum in the first place......

@Spurt Fine, OK. Please do let me know when QVC addresses the rants on this thread.

Last I checked, none of what you claim is "not allowed" is actually not allowed. What is *allowed* is opinions. Saying one thinks an opinion is either incorrect or trivial, or disagreeing with a post and saying so, has nothing to do with what is actually, factually allowed or not allowed *by QVC*. If QVC has an issue with a thread or post due to rudeness/bashing, *they* decide whether it is allowed or not.
"Can't make a comment"? But she DID make a comment. QVC has not deleted it, have they? There is, however, no built-in guarantee that comments shall not be met with differing opinions, strongly stated. "Can't make a comment without expecting differing views"? True.
Hyperbolically exclaiming that dissention by posters is "not allowed" is both incorrect and silly. IMO.

Thank you @cotto22 for your understanding. Few are willing to empathize as you have. For those of us whose worlds have collapsed, the "world" is only what is accessible to you . QVC offers real time conversations, a view of the world beyond the "sick room" . To be assaulted by shrill voices, self consumed prima donnas posturing, abominable grammatical errors thought of as cute, fifty year old women giggling and uhm 'ing and doing the vocal fry poisons that world. OP and any other viewer have the right to express themselves, to vent and we ought to be willing to hear them don't you think since we've voluntarily entered into their conversations.
.
"buzz off " "turn the channel" "get a life" isn't ingenious, just common, base disrespect. Every time I read this response I am saddened. Some people are so intractably bitter they feel compelled to pour their acid on any available target with the least provocation. Perhaps it is worth taking note of the number of identical postings from these people. If Q resurrects the ignore button OP and others can skip their venomous responses and post in peace.

@Pearlee Of course, QVC isn't going to implement each and every thing someone writes--come on!!! BUT if the same things keep coming up over and over they should take a look......that is what successful companies do......and those that don't, they won't stay in business very long and are struggling........just ask JCP, Sears, Montgomery Wards, Kmart....

@Spurt I understand your point, but IMO QVC has been going downhill for a long time, and doesn't really seem to care that much about pleasing the customer as it once did. I don't think it's upholding any more what the Q and the V and the C were supposed to stand for originally.

@Pearlee And on the points above I totally agree with you 100%![]()

Just for general info: A while back this year, I posted a complaint regarding QVC and I was CONTACTED! They solved the problem and I was floored! So in my case, they read my post and rectified the situation.
