If they're related to your account, you'll still get those even if you've opted to receive no other types of emails.

That's always a possibility, but QVC has had continuous IT issues for YEARS and it never seems to get better, just different issues one after another.

They are easy to delete, that's not the point.  The point is that this is just another IT failure in a long history of IT failures.  Given the potential for all sorts of security and identity issues with on-line systems, this is extremely concerning that they never seem to get IT right, and they never admit they've got a problem.

It's under your account settings for the shopping side of QVC, not the blog/forum side.  Even if you mark "no e-mails" it advises that you will still receive account order information so it wouldn't stop this mess.
