She has been gone quite a while , she is her best friend , so i doubt that she had her replaced , unless Amy wanted to leave.

Kim explained on last Saturday's show that Amy had taken the whole month off as vacation, and that she would be returning to the show when vacation is over.

During Kim's QVC2 Facebook presentations the last few weeks, customers have inquired about Amy Goins. 
Answers from the on-line moderator have been general, ranging from - she is on vacation, she is taking off a few more days, she is there "in the back", she will be back next week, and when someone asked during today's show there was no answer. 
Hopefully Amy is well.
