There has been an uptick in host criticism (mostly justified in my opinion), and that often gets the entire thread pulled. I wish it didn’t - but I agree these are there boards and they can censor as they see fit.

@Susiemama. As for the hosts being sacred....this is a private board run by a private, for-profit company. We are guests on this board, subject to the company's rules. Posts that are unkind to the hosts are deleted(even though posters keep posting them, knowing they aren't permitted). As well they should be deleted. Would you go over someone's house and start insulting that person or his or her relatives? Of course QVC is going to defend its employees and needn't tolerate posts that are unkind to those employees.

I dislike most of the current hosts, although I enjoyed watching hosts in Q's much earlier days. So I rarely watch QVC any more and instead shop online. Obdon't and want to hear these hosts. And as others have stated, if you don't like it then find a forum more to your liking.

I've been so grateful that many of  mean and unkind posts are being removed!

I continue to feel strongly that expressing one's opinion doesn't need to include insults or other unkind comments.

It's really not that difficult to not say something that's unkind!!

It is not a toy. It is to be used only when truly inappropriate.

We're intelligent adults, and I think we all know the difference between a post that offers valid criticism, even if we don't agree, and a post that is mean and nasty.

"I really get frustrated, trying to watch Suhse.  Too often she seems ill prepared and just doesn't give the information

needed"

"I just tried to watch the Ceramic Elephants show, with Suhse, hosting. She is a dim witted, scatterbrained idiot.
What has she done to her hair? It's over bleached straw!

Between heavy make up, that ugly 2 sizes too small dress,

and her hooker  heels, that's what she looks like, a hooker!

I desperately wanted to see the elephants, but, I could not watch that stupid twit"

Do you think one of these, might be poof worthy?

I do think the hosts have an obligation to show up well-groomed and dressed appropriately. I understand they are doing their own hair and make-up (and some may be more talented at those things than others), but criticism of sloppy appearances is legit IMO. A little effort is required - especially when you are trying to sell clothes and cosmetics, for example.

@SuhseK    There's a strong probability.

I have noticed it is the usual suspects with a posting history of malcontent, and new posters, spewing nasty, host bashing, and unkind vitriol toward QVC hosts and presenters,  posting this kind of drivel.

I often wonder if there is a mental health issue with many of these posters.  Or are they just generally angry, miserable, unhappy, human beings.   🤔 JMO.

Qurate is most definitely not a privately owned company. It is neither family owned nor closely held. It is a publicly owned corporation with shares actively traded on an exchange.
