I also noticed they make the easy pay larger than the full price so someone thinks that is the whole price. The total price is so small you can hardly see it.

I hardly watch anymore, programing is awful and I don't buy anything. I only have a few a/d orders .

I just got a nasty letter from the top about returning food items. I received 3 different perishable food orders since Nov.. that were standing in the UPS truck garage for 5 days. One smelled like gasoline, another was totally crushed and another was totally unedable. None of that was my fault. I hardly ever returned anything in over 20 yrs ,much less food.

Do they think I order to get free food? Up until now I spent way over $!,000 a month at QVC.

Now I shop Amazon with free shipping and no problem with refunds when something gets messed up.

I noticed that about the price information. Can hardly see the total price and the easy pay information is larger. Misleading. (I'm another one that is shopping less on QVC--also watching less as I don't like the "hard sell" they do now.)

Re: Mini Information Box on Screen during Presentations...Terrible

This is the worse graphic EVER!!! It is too small and it does NOT list all the information required to make an informed purchase. They flash to a second graphic in the same font for a second and the return to the first screen. Easy Pay offers are missed. If the host does not mention this option first or at all it is missed. The size/color bar is the same mess in this font. They need to forget this idea and return to the original graphic. Customers need info that they can read on the screen without having to rely on the host to remember to give all the pertinent information. This does not always happen depending on the time constraints allotted for the item.

Also the hosts are now saying "you can get this for $30.", but neglect to mention that is only the first of 5 "easy pays." The graphics are so small you cannot see the correct total price.

Yes Daysdee, HSN is doing that too . They both used to say you get could it home and try it for the first flex pay amount, now the "get it home" part has dropped off sometimes and the insinuation is that the flex or EZ pay is the full amount until you look close at the tiny full amount.

I don't care for it either. I have trouble reading what it says, it's so tiny.

I'm glad to see this post. Looks like I'm not the only one. I sure do hope they go back to the old format. The small text is very hard for me to read.

Same here. I hope some of us ""oldies"" don't get duped into thinking the first easy pay is the total amount of the item. I can't read the graphics easily now.
