Mini Information Box on Screen during Presentations...Terrible

Noticed this for the first time during the Leah Loves Shoes show today. The information box on the left of the screen during presentations is an abbreviated version of the full information box we have been used to in the past. The presentations start out with the full box, but then collapse down to only the item number, price and S & H. Please Q stop doing this, we want to see all of the information, including the manufacturer, and info like leather, etc. that is included in the name. This is horrible and makes it difficult to make an informed purchase decision.

I noticed this during Gem day and the easy pay info was only on screen for a two seconds. This is worse than an eye test! I agree with everything you said RocketMom.

I don't like that, either, as it's very hard to read for the nanosecond that it's on the screen.

I also hate it when the vendors and host interrupt each other just when one is about to say something of interest about the product. Dan Wheeler was on with someone hawking lit pictures. Just as Dan started to show the hanging assembly in the back, the vendor interrupted him to focus on the battery box. Of course, the camera person followed suit, and neither Dan nor the vendor returned to the other issue.

Not that it's going to make a difference, but I called CS and gave them my feedback on the "mini box". She said she would pass it on to corporate, which is what I expected.

What bothers me is the nanosecond it flashes that this is an advanced delivery item. Very easy to miss. I often watch while doing something else, so the hosts should mention advance orders, too.

It is very hard to read. I also noticed that if there are easy-pays, that print is slightly larger & brighter than the rest. I think that makes it somewhat misleading in that it initially appears that that is the price of the item.

The box that shows the sizes and what remains is impossible to read any more with the new format.

Re: Mini Information Box on Screen during Presentations...Terrible

I've noticed the product information/price box has relocated across the bottom of the screen in the LRS tonight. I don't have a 60" TV, and I'm finding it totally impossible to read a single thing about the product unless I get within 3 feet of the screen or go to my computer. On Leah Loves Shoes, the red, green and yellow boxes that give info re availability are so small, they are also impossible to read. Wish QVC would stop trying to fix things that aren't broken!{#emotions_dlg.unsure}

I also noticed they make the easy pay larger than the full price so someone thinks that is the whole price.The total price is so small you can hardly see it.

I hardly watch anymore, programing is awful and I don't buy anything. I only have a few a/d orders .

I just got a nasty letter from the top about returning food items. I received 3 different perishable food orders since Nov.. that were standing in the UPS truck garage for 5 days. One smelled like gasoline,another was totally crushed and another was totally unedable. None of that was my fault. I hardly ever returned anything in over 20 yrs ,much less food.

Do they think I order to get free food? Up until now I spent way over $!,000 a month at QVC.

Now I shop Amazon with free shipping and no problem with refunds when something gets messed up.

I tried to see this, by going to QVC, and didn't see it. Do they just do it sometimes? I didn't hang around long, as they are selling costume jewelry and I have no interest in that. But I watched for a few minutes. They did have this constant-changing thing. This is the HD version of QVC. Maybe it's different on SD?
