Re: Messing With the Website Again!

Since QVC is international, I am surprised they have not switched to the METRIC system yet.  Yikes.

Re: Messing With the Website Again!

I didn't focus on the time as much as the format. Hate it! Do they bother to ask An actual user /customer before doing these things?

Re: Messing With the Website Again!

You be surprise at how many jobs work by this time table. When I work at the hospital they went by the 24 hour time. Most Law Enforcement use it also.

I sent this message from the last living brain cell I have.

Re: Messing With the Website Again!

I haven't had any military time issues (and it wouldn't bother me, my work time clocks when I had to use them were often on military time), but it's been a PITA just to sign in for the past week. Constant cache clearing and switching of browsers just to sign in. It has something to do with the d*m* Q Card pop-up.

Re: Messing With the Website Again!

About the items recently on air : I see the older style with the regular time stamp on a desktop running windows. On my ipad, I see the old style trying to load before the page suddenly switches to the new format showing the items for that hour in regular time and then you have to click on the day and or time to find the other items that were aired - that is in the 24 hour clock. These steps just create excessive and unnecessary steps that annoy the user who happens to be the QVC customer. These steps may create extra clicks that showup as "progress" on some data analysis statistic for some manager but it's not how the customer wants to shop. They want easy. Shopping should not have to be this much work.

Thumbs down on the redesign.

This morning (Thursday) the recently on air items are not showing up!

This is getting old.

Re: Messing With the Website Again!

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I complained to the webmaster (?) and got a generic "thanks for your input" type of message. But no suggestion or solution on how to fix it.

I know how to read military time but geesh, why should I have to figure it out? This is a SHOPPING channel, not a military, hospital or law enforcement establishment!!! Smiley Frustrated
