What? Viruses do not respond to antibiotics.
@sunsetbeach that is totally true ! That's why drs dont or shouldn't give antibIotics for a common cold for instance they are not meant for viruses that aren't bacterial. plus 24 hrs wouldn't be enough time to not be contagious.
@Kitty Galore Viruses are never bacterial. Antibiotics are meant for bacterial infections.
@Mindy D that is what I said ....not meant for viruses like the common cold for instance , ONLY bacterial infections !!!

I don't want anyone around me sneezing, coughing or sounding like MB. Not at grocery stores or anywhere, they should stay home.
I think people are more aware since Covid.
MB is older and she may be of a time where it was thought heroic to go to work when sick and tough it out.
Whomever is doing the managering should consider it their responsibility to send a sick person home, instead of appearing on tv in such a condition. Other persons and yourself are more important than a job.

Many years ago I worked for a company that would only allow five paid sick days per year. So if a person has to be out let's say two weeks of work because of COVID they would lose one week's worth of pay. Not all companies are the same.

Leah could have been requested to stay on even. Oh, maybe she couldn't.
I agree with you. It is not like the hosts actually prepare for a show since so many are "Storytellers". ![]()

Considering she was not well just a few days ago, Mary Beth sure went in for a big hug and squeeze with Steve Doss at the beginning of today's food show.
You'd a think she woulda learned.
Oh well.

Sorry, I don't understand your comment. My comment was that someone should get MBR some Fisherman's Friend, which is an OTC cough drop.
What does any of that have to do with HIPPAA? There's no PHI accessed here.

I am confused too, your post has nothing to do with HIPAA.
