Yes, several hosts have done behind the scene tours. I find them very interesting.
Just this week, Leah did quite a long behind the scenes tour along with a production assistant who explained a lot of the set up, preparation for different shows, where they keep items, how they move them from set to set, etc.
It was on her Monday, 4/3 livestream (the video was up for two days, but it's gone now though).

Another thing I remember from the old show is the thing that got orders on an upswing was the count on how many were left in each color or size. You know, the boring part that some hosts continually interrupt the vendor with?
