I bought the ipad 9 recently and received a card to get the mac u  It wont go through no matter what I do  It says it changed etc  Has anyone else had a problem  There is no phone to call for service

I find it hard to believe you purchased an Apple prooduct that came w/no paperwork w/all the info you need plus contact info. Where did you purchase your iPad from?

Don't bother with that made-up "Mac U" junk. It's a sham. Go to apple.com or your local Apple store if you're lucky enough to live near one and sign up for free classes, OR stop by the store anytime for one-on-one help. Also, you are entitled to free Apple support via phone within the first three months of purchase. 
But Apple products are so intuitive you should be fine except to learn some tricks that are readily available by asking Siri to open "Tips."  
No need to overthink Apple products as you would convoluted Window-run devices.

If you need help with your iPad, go to apple.com and set up a "genius" appointment at the local Apple store. Or use the information and manuals on apple.com. You can even call Apple and a rep can help you over the phone. 

 

I remember when I got my first apple product. They take a little getting-used-to but I can't imagine going back to Windows.
