Ordered a grey ruffled cardigan. It arrived. It could not have been a more obvious return than it there was lipstick on it. It was all wadded up in a ball, one sleeve inside out, there was however the standard piece of tissue shoved in there somewhere. When I took it out it looked just awful. More wrinkles that I thought would have been possible to impose. At first I thought I could wash it and steam it. Then I thought NO, I would not have even picked this up to look at it in the mall - so back it went. I do expect some creases or a few wrinkles but this was disgusting. I expect quality from the Q - they ought to look at what they are tossing in those bags and spend a little more time in quality control training.
