Computer issues, still?

This is the only website I have had any problems with since buying my new computer. I am concerned about what their problems are and will they affect my system. Is anyone else still having problems. I had to call several weeks ago because my computer was alerting me that the Q's security system protection had ran out and was not updated. My computer was warning me about opening up my account to check things because of it. I called and they updated it but I am wondering if anyone else is having problems with the site.
