I ordered two pairs of shoes at 6:00 p.m. and they will be delivered to my house tomorrow.  Zappos also has free shipping both ways.

Why is this posted under "Q Talk" when it's about Zappos?

There are so many complaints about the slow shipping and high shipping charges at QVC.  Other businesses manage to do things differently and are much more customer friendly.

Yes, Zappos is great. Very nice company, good website, videos of the shoes, reviews to help you choose. I get most of my issues there.   I like shoes I see on QVC but I have decided not to order shoes here because returns are just too costly. And it’s hard to pick a size that works.

I love Zappos too!  I placed an order once on Labor Day - a holiday - and received the shoes the next day.   Amazing customer service.  And free shipping.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my DH this afternoon from zappos by phone. I had a question about color and wanted to talk to someone. They won't be here til Monday they said. Today is Tuesday.  That's not so fast.

Update:  I'm the OP and just to let you know, my shoes arrived today as promised.  By the way, they are SAS (San Antonio Shoemaker) shoes.  Pricey, to be honest, but excellent quality.  Many of their shoes are still made in the USA in San Antonio, Texas.

I just ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos this Thursday evening.  They will be delivered on Saturday.
