Love QVC customer service :)

I purchased the 6.5' prelit ez power frasier fir from Santa's Best during Christmas in July. Put it up last week, decorated it and noticed 4 consecutive bulbs out. Tried the replacements but no luck. But...as I pulled one out to replace it, one of the other ones went on?! Messed with it for about an hour then I called Santa's Best (not QVC ) according to the instructions that came with the tree. On hold 20 minutes! The guy said it sounds like a loose bulb...that I should try "wiggling" ALL the bulbs on that section to find the loose one. Really?? For $350+ I have to wiggle bulbs? I suggest they send me a new top section for my tree. He finds this quite funny and says the best he could do is send me a new string of lights! For a pre-strung, pre-lit tree! Wow. Thank heaven for QVC customer service. Lovely rep told me to hide the burnt out section, leave it up till Christmas is over, and she is emailing me a return label for free pickup and a refund. She apologized and wished me a Merry Christmas! Finally, common sense, courtesy and real customer service! Thank you QVC.
