Just received this watch today in silver and I am very unhappy---the huge watch box was in a VERY, VERY lightly padded manila envelope - (came UPS). The box was crushed and when I opened the lid, it tore at the hinge and is a real mess. The watch and bands were askew. I had planned to give this as a gift but I am returning it immediately. I was glad that I had a carton to use to return it because I can't imagine how much further damage there would be if I use the manila envelope. I am not asking for a replacement.
