Brand new poster - reply in thread is not being posted

I just registered today, and submitted a reply to a post in a thread, but it didn't show up. I tried twice, using both Safari and Chrome, thinking it might make a difference.

I emailed Customer Service, but for some reason they thought I was referring to a product review that wasn't being accepted, and they sent me the guidelines for that, even though I mentioned the forums (although I didn't include the word "community").

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Any advice is appreciated.
