I did not have major issues when it happened before, but SO many posters did and were quite irritated! HOPEFULLY, it was just a fluke!🥰🤞🤞 With the amount of IT issues some business are having, I cannot help but think having AI integrated within their systems is proving to be problematic.🤔

I have been having this problem on and off for several months.  I cannot believe a company of this size has so many technical problems over and over.

@lovesallanimals.  Their system is old, antiquated,  has limitations and would be very expensive to replace while money is tight so they limp along.

Thing that has helped me, is, I make sure no cookies are history.

Then after a couple of tries if I don't get in I just keep banging on the continue black space till it goes clear.

I was doing well for a couple weeks and now I am back to having problems again!  I have to try about 10 times before finally getting in.  Some days I just give up because it's just so irritating.

I had trouble again this morning.  I kept trying and kept getting the message to call customer service.  I will not be calling anyone.  If i cannot sign in as simply as I do on any other site, I will not be shopping here or posting.

I did try a few things and finally got in. I made sure all cookies and history were clear.  Then  I signed in by checking my order status.  Then when I came to the forums I had to sign in again, but it went through.  

Ridiculous!

I had trouble signing in Friday night. No trouble today, Saturday. 

ETA: Had trouble logging in again Sunday. Took a few tries. 
Monday morning no issues. 

Obviously, something's not working right. 🤔

ETA: Still having issues signing in. Sometimes it doesn't work the first time, but then it's ok a few hours later in the same day.
