You are so right, they are a little heavy to carry in a purse , but that was 10 years ago and technology has soared since then. They are beautiful and perfect for a fancy night out.

I remember that beautiful portable charger (if it's the one I'm thinking of). By the time I decided to "take the plunge" it was sold out. Waaaahhhh!

No its not baiting because i am actually happy to see a farewell. We usually dont see them because hosts are usually fired like Antonella, Jacque G, Gabrielle or Carolyn Gracie.

Maybe retiring hosts have a say in how they want to say goodbye. It may be Kerstin's choice not to have a big bash. Or maybe she has chosen an off-site venue. Maybe they are offered money as opposed to a party. I'm sure QVC lets their longtime retiring hosts have a say about it.

Kerstin seems like the type that likes to be in the spotlight @mildoo . I can't imagine she wouldn't want a big to-do like her co-worker.
