@JONNYSBRO enjoyed watching Jennifer Coffey's last show. These hosts have personal lives. It's great people have dreams and future accomplishments they want to achieve. I don't see what the hype is about Lisa Robertson. Jennifer was a better host in a shorter length of time at QVC but unfortunately there are a lot of jealousy and negative comments on these boards

I wouldn't consider it a contest or competition.
They were both very nice events.

I recall LR's retirement party too, different vibes for different hosts. LR's was geared toward glamorous, with a few specific items created just for her farewell. We bought the vintage inspired "cigarette case" Halo portable charger which still is one of the best I ever purchased, but SO heavy and used at home mostly because of that flaw. And, it was the first time we bought the Landies stuffed pretzels that they created specifically for her farewell. Those were the best ones, I had ordered them a couple times since and never quite the same quality or amount of filling. Rick tearing up and being very emotional when speaking to her about their friendship is honestly the thing I remember from the show, except the two purchases noted, because usually he is so energetic and focused on selling.
Jen's was nice, albeit casual, but that was her overall host vibe. It was interesting that her husband was on again, and often, throughout the show. It felt awkward. I don't remember if Jill's family kept coming out when she left, but if I recall, most family members would just do a quick appearance and maybe spoke to the retiree a little bit and stayed off camera. I did feel for Kirsten, even though she is not a host I watch. To me, she knows the farewell treatment Jen received is not coming her way, at least based on her body language and her overall demeanor last night.
MBR's retirement show should be very sweet and fun, I am actually looking forward to it.

I don't get why the OP has to compare everything with Lisa Robertson??
Different hosts at different times is all it is. I didn't get to see much of it at all, only switched over the last 20 minutes of the show (DH fell asleep, LOL).........anyway it was nice to see Jen say an emotional good bye. I really liked her as a host, I know she's not eveyone's cup of tea but I feel she gave it her best and I'm happy for her leaving on a high note. Wish her well.
