Thank you to Kashla for excellent service.   I ordred two pairs of D&C slacks.   Got them about 35 days ago.   Tried on the green pair but not the black.  Same size, would fit.  Saving them for fall days which have arrived.   Today I put on the black pair to wear to a funeral.  There is something on the right inside leg.   At first I thought it was food drippings.  Will not wipe off.  Very stiff so not sure what is on the p;ants.    Kashla looked up my purchase, said there are more blacks in stock and authorized me to return the black slacks for an exchange even though I received these slightly longer than the 30-day return policy.   I have never had a problem with QVC Customer Service reps.  Kashla is just one in many who came through for me.

@1OldBroad  Isn't it great when you get outstanding customer service?  It really makes you appreciate those who are answering the phones and making an effort to help the customers.
