I'm wary of jewelry returns now.

One Christmas a while back I returned a gold Adi Paz pendant, in the usual way with their return label.

Somewhere on its return journey, but let's face it - it was almost certainly a QVC employee, stole it and substituted a piece of base metal.

I got this metal object sent to me by QVC with a very unpleasant huge black font letter accusing me of having done it.

i tried to pursue the matter because they can see I have a superb customer record but they just didn't want to know. I was stunned that they wouldn't even consider giving me the benefit of the doubt. I've even previously returned a jewelry item sent to me in error and worth far more than I one I ordered on that occasion. So much for honesty.

I just had to accept that I had bought some scumbag in their returns department a gold pendant for a Christmas present.

Did you verify that ALL the return addresses for your items were the same?

There are different warehouses for different types of items and you can't mix!!!

If you didn't follow the below...you may have returned it to the wrong place

  Number 3, The Rocky Mount, NC facility burned down. I'm not sure where those returns go now.

I returned a Kim Gravel cardigan end of Feb with a pre-paid label to Florence, SC so apparently some clothing goes there too.

@Pagan

That’s terrible!
I’m, at least, fortunate that customer service was so accommodating with my concern.
